Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized
HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist
on a
permanent role
to spearhead our end-to-end recruitment process.

In this role, your sole mandate will be managing the talent pipeline. You will act as the crucial link between internal department heads and potential talent, driving the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding stages. If you are a recruiter who excels at finding the right talent, managing quick-paced hiring cycles, and facilitating smooth candidate transitions, we want you on our team.

Coordinate closely with functional heads across departments (Sales, Operations, Programs) to understand active hiring needs and skill requirements.
