Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and Laravel, along with proficiency in React and cloud technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while ensuring high-quality code and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship recent features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
- Manage database design and optimization using SQL.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
- Implement version control using Git and manage project tasks through Jira.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI tools.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.




- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Mandatory Skills:
- Proficient in PHP and Laravel.
- Strong experience with React.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies.
- Database knowledge with SQL.
- Experience with Docker.
- Proficient in Git for version control.
- Familiarity with Jira for project management.
- Experience using AI tools.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of C# is a plus.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in full stack development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
