Job Description
- Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers, vloggers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Reach out to creators, negotiate collaboration terms, and manage end-to-end influencer partnerships.
- Onboard influencers by communicating campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and content expectations.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Generate high-quality leads through influencer collaborations and digital campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator communities.
- Monitor competitors' influencer activities, content strategies,



and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create high-quality branded content.
- Review and verify content before publication to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage the end-to-end content production process and ensure timely delivery of all content.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Content Creation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Robust understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
