Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer partnerships,
campaign strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, engagement,
and customer acquisition through high-impact influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables.
- Manage campaign timelines and cross-functional coordination.
- Track KPIs, ROI, and prepare performance reports.
- Identify recent influencer opportunities and market trends.




- Ensure brand consistency across all collaborations.
- Mentor and guide the influencer marketing team.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and teams.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with D2C, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or technology brands is an added advantage.
