We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with strong experience in backend development using Flask/FastAPI, frontend development with React (JSX), and building Dockerized microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing scalable platform services and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Flask, and FastAPI.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js (JSX).
- Design, develop, and deploy Docker-based microservices.
- Develop and maintain platform services including:
- Authentication & Authorization
- Caching mechanisms
- Health checks & monitoring
- Workflow automation
- Issue tracking integrations
- RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.) to improve development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Flask and/or FastAPI
- Experience with React.js and JSX
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Experience building Dockerized Microservices
- Knowledge of Authentication, Caching, and Health Check implementations
- Experience with Workflow Automation and Issue Tracking integrations
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools
