Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, presenting suitable property options, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure.
Daily activities include meeting prospective clients, conducting property visits, maintaining relationships with developers and corporate partners, and preparing basic proposals and documentation related to property transactions. The role involves updating and maintaining client records, tracking market trends, and collaborating with internal team members to achieve sales targets. The Sales Executive is expected to represent Shivalaya Associate professionally, provide accurate information to clients, and ensure a smooth and transparent sales experience.
Qualifications:
