Job Purpose

The Application Chef is responsible for developing innovative food applications using Aachi products, supporting product development, conducting culinary trials, and providing technical and culinary expertise to internal teams and HORECA customers. The role bridges culinary excellence with product innovation to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop new recipes and food applications using Aachi products.

· Conduct product trials, tasting sessions, and recipe standardization.

· Collaborate with the R&D; team to develop and improve food products.

· Provide culinary support for new product launches and customer presentations.

· Work closely with the Sales and HORECA teams to demonstrate product applications to customers.





· Train sales teams, distributors, chefs, and customers on product usage and best practices.

· Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.

· Monitor food trends and recommend recent product or recipe ideas.

· Ensure recipes comply with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

· Maintain documentation of recipes, formulations, trial reports, and product feedback.

Eligibility

· Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

· Minimum
15 years
of experience as an Executive Chef, Corporate Chef, Research Chef, or Application Chef in the FMCG, Food Ingredients, Spice, or Food Service industry.

· Experience in HORECA, QSR, Catering, or Institutional Food Service is preferred.
