Role Description
The Management Information System (MIS) Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The role involves managing and updating MIS databases, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and ensuring data accuracy for operational and management decision-making. The MIS Executive will collect, analyze, and consolidate information from different departments, monitor key performance indicators, and maintain dashboards and trackers. Day-to-day tasks include validating data,



troubleshooting MIS-related issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, and supporting process improvements through data insights. The role also requires clear documentation of reporting processes and adherence to timelines for all scheduled reports.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and reporting tools is highly beneficial.
