We're hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business for our app development, software, and SaaS solutions. You'll be responsible for generating leads, pitching our services/products to prospective clients, closing deals, and building a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who understands the tech/SaaS space and enjoys consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound efforts (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach) and inbound inquiries
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant app, software, or SaaS solutions
- Conduct product/service demos and presentations tailored to client needs
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with prospective clients
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and deal stages
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, offers, and lead-generation strategies




- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging tech/SaaS products
- Hand off closed deals smoothly to the account management/delivery team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling websites, apps, software, or SaaS products
- Strong understanding of the tech/software sales cycle and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach

Valuable to Have
- Experience selling to international clients (US/UK/EU markets)
- Existing network in the tech/startup ecosystem
- Familiarity with subscription/SaaS pricing models
