Job Summary

Hawk Hospitality is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Head of Corporate Human Resources & Operations to lead the company's HR and operational functions across multiple hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, statutory compliance, operational excellence, and organizational development while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across all business units.

This leadership role requires a highly organized professional with robust decision-making abilities, excellent people management skills, and a hands-on approach to managing both corporate and property-level operations. The candidate should be willing to travel regularly between corporate offices and company properties as required.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding,



and employee induction across all properties.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate workforce planning and manpower requirements for all business units.
- Build and foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
