Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based in Jaipur. The Service Advisor will welcome customers to the service center, understand their vehicle concerns, and create detailed job cards and service estimates. The role involves coordinating service work with technicians, monitoring progress,



and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. The Service Advisor will communicate service recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly to customers, obtain approvals, and handle follow-ups on pending work or future maintenance needs. Daily responsibilities also include managing appointments, maintaining service records, handling basic complaint resolution, and supporting aftersales initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer-focused Service capabilities.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining technical information in explicit, simple language.
- Experience or understanding of Aftersales processes in the automotive sector.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role, preferably in automotive
