Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the transportation, dispatch, delivery, inventory movement, and documentation of solar equipment and project materials. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, and the ability to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of materials to project sites while maintaining accurate records and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Dispatch Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the dispatch of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, electrical equipment, and other project materials.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with transport vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Negotiate freight rates and logistics services with transporters whenever required.




- Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation delays or delivery issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, stores, and project execution teams regarding material movement and dispatch schedules.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams for replenishment.
- Ensure proper documentation of material dispatches, deliveries, returns, and stock transfers.
- Support periodic inventory verification and stock reconciliation activities.

Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify delivery challans, e-way bills, invoices, LR copies, transport documents, and dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GST regulations, and logistics documentation requirements.
