Our ideal candidate:
- Is a trained nurse (GNM, B.SC Nursing, etc)
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in homecare or hospital
- Highly empathetic, and enjoys working with people, especially senior citizens
- Is patient, caring and helpful
- High integrity, trustworthy and reliable
- Takes pride in the job
- Big plus if they have been in a similar role of support and assistance before
The job entails being an extended family member for NRIs in UK and their families (senior parents / relatives) in India.
Support to parents:
- Assisting them with scheduling doctor's appointments / lab tests, etc. as needed
- Helping fulfill prescriptions
- Keeping their medical reports updated
- Checking in on them through home visits
- Any additional supportive health-related assistance required by parents
- Accompanying parent to doctors appointments, assisting with navigating the hospital, etc.
- Assisting with non medical tasks as requested
Support to NRIs:
- Keep the children up to date on their parent's health status
- Handle the application (keep the parent's profile updated)
- Keep communication flowing
Key:
Someone in this role will be highly empathetic, kind, caring and patient towards both the parent and the NRI. They will need to enjoy working with and dealing with people and all the good and bad that comes with it.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
