Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and health checks.
- Maintain records of IT assets and equipment.
- Configure and manage office Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network and internet-related issues.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for installations, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other office peripherals.
- Resolve printer connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for printer servicing, repairs, and IT equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with website developers for website updates, maintenance, and technical support.
- Assist in managing website-related technical requirements,



including domain and hosting coordination.
- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Set up systems, user accounts, email IDs, and required software for new employees.
- Ensure antivirus software, system updates, and data backup processes are maintained.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of hardware, software, and licenses.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for procurement, repairs, and technical support.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all IT systems and office technology.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Administration, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
