As we grow, we are focused on digital transformation to improve student data management, deliver online sessions, provide digital resources, build a up-to-date website, use data and analytics, create automation for routine tasks, and develop digital marketing strategies.





Internship Overview

This internship is a 6-month, fully remote, unpaid, learning-focused role designed for final-year students or recent graduates interested in HR, business, education, psychology, or related fields. You will work on real projects that improve how SPSA Education supports students and tutors, strengthen internal processes, and build practical career guidance services. You will be supervised by our Co-Founder and Operations Lead, Co-Founder and Academic Lead, and Founder and Chairman, and will interact with tutors, staff, students, and parents.

Role Description

As an HR and Business Transformation Intern, you will focus on people, processes, career development, and business innovation.
