Role Description
The Senior Marketing Manager (Real Estate) will lead the marketing strategy and execution for redevelopment and luxury housing projects in Pune. This full time, on-site role involves developing integrated marketing plans, overseeing branding and positioning, and managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The role includes conducting market research,



analyzing competition, and identifying target customer segments to drive lead generation and sales. The Senior Marketing Manager will coordinate with sales, project, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, supervise agency and vendor relationships, and manage marketing budgets and performance reporting. The position is based in Pune and requires regular on-site collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Proven real estate marketing experience, including project branding, campaign planning, and lead-generation strategies for residential or redevelopment projects.
