You own the complete people function for our India team, including payroll, onboarding, documentation, attendance, engagement, performance, and recruitment. This is a full-stack HR seat: operations discipline is the core, and everything from salary processing to hiring runs through you. Start as the hands-on HR operator, grow into owning the function fully as we scale.

• Daily HR operations — onboarding, documentation, records, attendance, leave management

• Monthly payroll and statutory compliance (PF/ESI), accurate and on time

• Performance check-ins, probation tracking,



evaluation cycles

• Employee queries, grievances, day-to-day coordination

• New-hire engagement through their first months

• Training needs identification and coordination

• Recruitment when roles open — organic LinkedIn sourcing, screening, interviews, offers

• HR letters, policies, and documentation — tight and current

• 1–3 years in an HR generalist or HR operations role

• Hands-on payroll and PF/ESI experience — you've run cycles yourself, not just supported them

• Proven end-to-end ownership of HR processes

• Organic LinkedIn sourcing ability (a strong plus)

• Sharp organization, explicit communication, dependable time management

• Comfortable being the HR anchor for a fully remote team

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Own laptop/PC, reliable internet

• Committed to the 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST shift
