Preferred Profile

1. Experience in real estate advisory, investment banking, project finance, or transaction

advisory roles.

2. Proven exposure to working with developers, investors, lenders, and financial instituions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build, leverage, and expand relationships within the real estate ecosystem across Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Data Centres, and Educational Institutions

2.



Engage with clients to understand their business and financial requirements and deliver customised advisory and financing solutions.

3. Originate and structure transactions across debt raising, asset sales, project finance, Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), and Project Monitoring mandates.

4. Coordinate discussions with capital providers including Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AIFs, and other financial institutions, in line with assignment scope.

5. Work closely with internal teams to manage end-to-end execu?on and closure of transactions.

6. Identify emerging opportunities in real estate and financial asset transactions to drive business growth.

7. Analyse financial statements, project cash flows, and transac ?on structures to support informed decision-making.

8. Stay updated on market trends, deal activity, pricing benchmarks, and key sector developments.
