About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Development Engineer III (SDE III) to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade backend systems and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern AI technologies, while contributing as a senior individual contributor within an agile engineering team.This role requires deep technical expertise, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from design through production deployment.

You will be responsible for
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient backend services using Java and/or Python.
- Build cloud-native applications and microservices using Spring Boot and industry-standard design principles.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Develop and integrate Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, orchestration workflows, and LLM-powered applications.




- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and optimize data models for both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Build highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, observability, and operational best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance, reliability, and scalability improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
