Role Description
The Hygiene Manager at Crowne Plaza Kochi is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across the hotel. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring hygiene policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations, brand standards, and international best practices.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house spaces; supervising cleaning protocols; and ensuring proper use of chemicals and equipment. The Hygiene Manager will coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and other departments to drive continuous improvement in cleanliness, safety, and infection control. The role also includes training and coaching team members on hygiene practices, maintaining accurate documentation and audit records, and supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in hotel hygiene, sanitation, and food safety management, including knowledge of HACCP or similar standards.
