IsGoingOnline specializes in AI-assisted product digitization and image processing for businesses. We are looking for a Processing Team Lead who can lead a small team while actively contributing to production.
Role Summary
The Processing Team Lead will supervise the processing team, ensure quality standards, manage daily work allocation, and actively participate in image processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Processing Executives.
- Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
- Perform image processing alongside the team.
- Review processed outputs before Quality Control.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
- Train current team members.
- Resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding priorities and deadlines.
- Prepare daily productivity reports.
- Drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Previous leadership experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a production environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new software and workflows.
