We are looking for an experienced
DBT + BigQuery Developer
to join our growing data engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines using DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries and data models in Google BigQuery (Snowflake experience is also acceptable).
- Develop and maintain dimensional data models, data marts, and analytical datasets.
- Implement ETL/ELT processes using DBT with Jinja templating and automated testing frameworks.
- Monitor and improve database performance, query optimization, and data quality.
- Work closely with client technical stakeholders and support teams in an AMS environment.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in version control and deployment.
Required Skills
✔ Strong hands-on experience in
DBT and Advanced SQL
✔ Experience With Google BigQuery (preferred) Or Snowflake
✔ Strong understanding of
Data Modeling
and database performance tuning
✔ Experience in implementing ETL/ELT processes using
DBT, Jinja, and automated unit testing
✔ Experience working in
Application Management Support (AMS)
projects
✔ Good understanding of
ITIL concepts
and stakeholder management
✔ Excellent communication and client coordination skills
Good To Have
➕ Experience with
Apache Airflow
for workflow orchestration
➕ Knowledge of
GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
➕ Exposure to cloud-based data engineering ecosystems
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–9 years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced workplace.
