Data Analyst Trainee
to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to live business and financial data, enabling you to build strong analytical capabilities while working alongside experienced professionals in the Investment Banking and Financial Advisory domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze live business and financial datasets to derive meaningful insights.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for business performance tracking.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Interpret data trends and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Assist in business intelligence and strategic reporting initiatives.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and accuracy checks.
- Support senior leadership with data-driven reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting projects.
- Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Final-year graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, lookups).
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a energetic work environment.
