Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management Consultant role based in Ahmedabad. The Management Consultant will work closely with client teams to assess current business processes, analyze market and financial data, and identify strategic opportunities and risks. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews and workshops, preparing analytical reports and presentations, and supporting the design and implementation of improvement initiatives.



The role involves collaborating with internal colleagues to develop training content, coaching client stakeholders through change, and ensuring recommendations are aligned with client goals and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate options, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting experience to lead client engagements, structure problems, and deliver actionable strategies.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Business Process knowledge to assess financial impact, optimize operations, and support performance improvement.
- Relevant skills such as stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities to engage diverse audiences and build client trust.
