Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), automation, and software development. The role involves working closely with different departments to build AI-powered applications, automate workflows, and integrate AI into existing business systems. production financial-services platform — a mobile-first app spanning lending, savings, payments, and locker services — using modern AI development tools to deliver features end-to-end, from backend APIs and third-party integrations to web and mobile front ends.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.

● Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.

● Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation tools.

● Create REST APIs and integrate AI services with web and mobile applications.

● Fine-tune AI models where required and optimize prompts for better performance.
