2 5 years of experience in Study Abroad, International Education, University Partnerships, Student Recruitment, or Immigration Consultancy. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities. Bachelors degree (Masters preferred).
- Develop and manage relationships with colleges, universities, and B2B partners.
- Identify and onboard new institutional and recruitment partners.
- Manage partnership agreements and renewals.
- Coordinate institutional webinars, seminars, partner visits, and engagement activities.
- Negotiate commissions, scholarships, marketing support, and promotional opportunities.
- Share institutional updates, marketing materials, and admission information with internal teams.




- Work closely with the Counselling, Admissions, and Digital Marketing teams to execute institution-specific and country-specific campaigns.
- Recommend cutting-edge promotional strategies to increase student recruitment and institutional visibility.
- Support counsellors through regular product updates and institutional training.
- Track partnership performance and contribute to achieving institutional recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare partnership reports.
