? Hiring: Manager – FP&A; | Mumbai (Nariman Point)

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Manager – FP&A; to join a leading organization in the Retail / Luxury Retail / Jewellery industry.

? Location: Mumbai – Nariman Point

? Qualification: CA / CFA

? Experience: Minimum 2+ years in FP&A;, Financial Reporting, Business Finance, or related functions

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare and monitor weekly, fortnightly, and monthly business control reports

✔ Track actual performance vs budget/forecast and provide variance analysis

✔ Develop MIS dashboards and business performance reports for leadership

✔ Drive automation and process improvements in reporting

✔ Support quarterly and annual financial closures

✔ Prepare board-level presentations and Audit Committee Meeting (ACM) decks

✔ Manage insurance portfolio, renewals, and claims processes





✔ Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation measures

✔ Coordinate credit rating exercises and manage external stakeholder interactions

✔ Conduct industry benchmarking, competitor analysis, and market research to support strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For:

✅ Robust FP&A;, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience

✅ Excellent analytical and presentation skills

✅ Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

✅ Background in Retail, Luxury Retail, or Jewellery industry preferred

✅ Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
