Telecalling Executives to support our Sales & Marketing team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating customer interest,
scheduling meetings, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team in lead management.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
¢ Explain the company's Solar Products & Services.
¢ Generate and qualify customer leads.
¢ Schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
¢ Follow up with existing and potential customers.
¢ Maintain daily call records and customer database.
¢ Update CRM/Excel with customer details.
¢ Send quotations,
brochures and company proles through WhatsApp and Email.
¢ Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Project teams.
¢ Resolve basic customer queries.
¢ Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
¢ Prepare Daily Call Reports (DCR).
