About the Role

The Creative Trading Co. is assisting one of its long-term healthcare partners in hiring a
Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

.

The role will primarily own social media planning, content coordination, campaign execution and reporting, while also supporting wider digital initiatives across the organisation.

You will work closely with doctors, internal marketing teams, and agency partners to ensure that communication is timely, accurate, and on-brand.

What You’ll Work On
- Own monthly social media planning and content calendars.
- Coordinate with TCTC on campaigns, creatives, reels, films and content production.
- Gather requirements from doctors, clinics and departments and convert them into explicit briefs.
- Coordinate shoots, interviews, events and social-first content.
- Manage approvals, publishing schedules and day-to-day execution.
- Support website updates, landing pages and other digital requirements.
- Work with SEO and paid media partners on initiatives, reports and follow-up actions.




- Track social and digital performance and prepare monthly reports with clear learnings.
- Ensure all communication remains accurate, consistent and aligned with the brand.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning and platform behaviour.
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multiple creative deliverables.
- Deep knowledge and experience in SEO, paid media, analytics and reporting.
- Good writing, briefing and communication skills.
- Experience working with designers, writers, editors, production teams and agencies.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and fast-moving requirements.
- Strong ownership, organisation and follow-through.
