Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead generation. The role focuses on driving MQLs/SQLs, improving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and ROI through integrated B2B marketing campaigns. You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive lead generation through SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and social media.
- Plan integrated campaigns to generate MQLs and SQLs.
- Manage the website, landing pages, and social media presence.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales and revenue goals.
- Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead nurturing.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize results.
- Create content, case studies, thought leadership, and customer success stories.




- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
- Report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, ICT, or system integration.
- Proven success in lead generation and delivering measurable business results.
- Robust expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
