Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales of building materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the construction or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate sales leads through architects, builders, contractors, developers, fabricators, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- 25 years of experience in Building Materials, Construction Materials, Aluminium Systems, uPVC Windows & Doors, Glass, Hardware, Plywood, ACP, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Cement, Steel, Paints, or related products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
