Role Description
The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in DONGSHENG,CHINA. This position is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and identifying growth opportunities across the India-China industrial corridor. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal technical and commercial teams,



and maintaining timely communication with existing and prospective clients. The coordinator will assist in managing customer inquiries, tracking leads, updating CRM or sales databases, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and business development activities. The role also involves gathering competitive intelligence, analysing data to inform strategy, and contributing to reports and documentation that support decision-making.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market, sales, and customer data from Chinese to English/Hindi.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders in Chinese & English.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities, including data collection, competitive analysis, and insight generation.
- Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skil
