Key Result Areas:
- Recruit the new male, female, contract employees based on the job requirement.
- Support to designing the training manual based on the needs of the organisation.
- Conducting one day orientation training program for all employees.
- Conduct a written test to check knowledge of safety and SOP. If the employee scores less than 100 marks in either Safety or SOP, retrain all basic lessons and conduct the test again.
- Monitor and review employee performance through evaluations and discussions with managers.
- Promote and maintain discipline and order in the workplace, monitor and control Absenteeism.
- Maintain good and friendly relations in the workplace.
- Promote effective communication within all sections.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor safe work practices in all wet processing and finishing areas, in line with health and safety regulations.
- Motivate employees to provide valuable suggestions for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Evaluate employee work performance and complete the Performance Appraisal (PAT) form.
- After completing the training, review the trainee’s performance with the Department Manager, IE Manager, and HR Manager for final evaluation.
- Provide multi-training classes for all categories of employees, so that can be deployed accordingly.
- Identify poor performers in quality and production and provide refresher training as advised by the respective department heads.
- Observe and monitor behaviour-based safety practices among employees on the shop floor.
- Organizing Training and development centre.
- Coordinate with recent visitors for plant tours.
- Monitor housekeeping in the Experience Center, Pilot Mill areas, and Training Hall.
- Organize employees for blood tests and doctor reviews
- Coordinate daily with shop floor executives on employee safety and quality issues and create awareness when needed.
- Provide counselling on van-related issues
