About the Role:

We’re building and evolving a core platform that powers multiple applications and critical business workflows. This platform provides foundational capabilities such as authentication, data access, notifications, and shared services used across the organization.

We’re looking for a Technical Lead who will own the reliability, operability, and long-term evolution of this platform — while leveraging AI-native engineering practices to operate and scale the system efficiently.

This is not a feature-delivery role
. This is a systems ownership role, where your success is defined by:
- How predictably the platform runs
- How quickly issues are understood and resolved
- How effectively complexity is reduced
- How intelligently AI is used to accelerate debugging, automation, and system understanding

You’ll lead a small, high-impact team and build a culture of AI-augmented engineering, where humans focus on judgment and systems thinking, and AI accelerates execution.

What You’ll Do:

Own Platform Reliability & System Behavior
- Own availability, performance,



and system health
- Define and drive SLOs for critical workflows
- Build systems that are resilient, predictable, and easy to reason about

Lead System Design & Evolution
- Drive architectural improvements in high-impact areas
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in performance and dependencies
- Improve fault isolation, recovery, and service boundaries

Build AI-Native Engineering Workflows
- Use AI tools for:

Debugging and root cause analysis

Code generation, testing, and documentation
- Integrate AI into workflows:

AI-assisted runbooks and diagnostics

Prompt-driven debugging and knowledge retrieval
- Establish protected AI-assisted engineering patterns with validation

Improve Observability & Debuggability
- Ensure services are observable and easy to debug
- Standardize logs, metrics, traces, and correlation
- Leverage AI to accelerate issue understanding and pattern detection
