Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across the assigned site
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and ensure proper manpower deployment
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas and ensure corrective actions
- Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of housekeeping chemicals, tools, and machinery
- Maintain records of attendance, consumables, stock, and equipment
- Train staff on cleaning techniques, SOPs, safety practices, and use of equipment
- Coordinate with clients/site management to address complaints and service requests
- Report incidents, shortages, and maintenance issues to the Facility Manager
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
