Responsibilities
Provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
Analyze business requirements for the delegated Investment Management
Design, plan, and deliver sustainable solutions using up-to-date programming languages
Providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
Conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design, and other phases of SDLC
See that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production
Understanding of software design patterns and best practices for high‑availability systems
Skills
Must have
7-9 years of strong background in Oracle databases, physical data models, and SQL and PL/SQL optimization
Highly experienced in Data Warehousing concepts
Experience with handling very large data volumes in relation to data maintenance and query optimization
Proficient with the use of AI in a development environment
Familiarity with .NET, Java, XML, and Unix shell scripting is an advantage
Experience with standards, methods, and techniques in an agile development environment (source control (git), code reviews, scrum/issue handling (Jira/Gitlab issues), and documentation (Confluence /Wiki))
Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes for development, packaging, and deployment
Fluent written and spoken English knowledge is required, and proficiency in German is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus in computer science
