Role Overview:

We are looking for an Creator Relations Executive to manage communication with influencers and creators associated with the agency. The role focuses on ensuring timely responses, resolving creator concerns, and maintaining strong creator relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to creator calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, Instagram DMs, and story mentions.
- Address and track creator queries, especially payment-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely updates and resolutions.
- Monitor creator feedback and prevent escalations on social media.
- Maintain records of creator communications and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with creators.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to handle creator concerns professionally and efficiently.

KPI:
- Response time under 24 hours.
- Timely resolution of creator queries.
- High creator satisfaction and reduced escalations.
