Job Summary:

The Production Executive for Stalls and Exhibitions Fabrication will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process of exhibition stalls, display units, and other fabrication projects. This role requires a strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, project management, and client coordination to deliver high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant exhibition solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the complete fabrication process for exhibition stalls, booths, and display units, from conceptualization to installation and dismantling.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and sales teams to understand project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- Develop detailed production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for raw materials, specialized services, and outsourced fabrication components.
- Oversee material procurement, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.




- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of fabricators, carpenters, painters, and other production staff, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Supervise on-site installation and dismantling of exhibition structures, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with venue regulations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including production plans, material lists, vendor contracts, and progress reports.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed throughout the fabrication and installation
