In Your Ownership :

You will be responsible for managing and optimising Shunya's end-to-end digital presence ensuring that traffic, website, and communication work together seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing :
- End-to-end ownership of Meta Ads (strategy, setup, optimisation, reporting)
- Understanding what's working, what's not, and why
- Testing creatives, audiences, and funnels consistently
- Working closely with design/content to guide performance-led creatives
- Managing budgets with a long-term growth mindset

Website E-commerce :
- Managing Shopify website listings , collections, and product pages
- Ensuring product information, pricing, and structure are clean and accurate
- Coordinating updates to banners, landing pages, and UI elements
- Improving conversion through clarity, structure, and iteration
- Maintaining overall website hygiene and user experience

Email, WhatsApp Retention :
- Managing email marketing (campaigns + flows)
- Managing WhatsApp marketing automations
- Building customer journeys across pre-purchase and post-purchase stages




- Ensuring communication feels aligned with the brand - not spammy

Data, Tracking Systems :
- Ownership of Meta Pixel, GA4, and event tracking
- Monitoring performance across channels and identifying key insights
- Creating simple, clear reports on revenue, ads, and conversions
- Ensuring tools and platforms integrate smoothly
- Supporting any additional tech or automation requirements

Skills Required : Hard Soft Skills:

- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce workflows
