About the Role The Service Now Solution Architect role requires robust development and stakeholder management experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in development with a focus on Service Now. The role involves working with various stakeholders and integrating different systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
- Develop solutions using Service Now
- Integrate systems using both out-of-the-box and custom integrations
- Work with ITSM and ITOM modules
- Analyze and interpret complex data to inform solution development




- Ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of solution development
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Service Now capabilities and limitations

Requirements
- Develop solutions using Service Now
- Manage stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
- Integrate systems using both out-of-the-box and custom integrations
- Work with ITSM and ITOM modules
- Have 10+ years of experience
