We are hiring a Manager Operations (Projects & Special Cargo) to lead ODC (Over-Dimensional Cargo) operations, oversee vessel and container planning, manage customer and carrier coordination, and ensure effective execution of project cargo shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ODC shipment planning and execution.
- Oversee vessel bookings, carrier coordination, and cargo movement.
- Handle rate quotations, negotiations, and customer communication.
- Coordinate container inventory, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor operational performance and drive process improvements.
- Ensure timely post-shipment documentation and customer updates.
Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in project cargo, shipping, or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of ODC operations, vessel planning, and carrier management.
- Experience in rate negotiations and customer relationship management.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
