We are looking for an HR Payroll & Compliance Executive who can ensure accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee data management across Corporate, Warehouse, and Retail Stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and salary inputs before payroll processing.
- Maintain employee records for Warehouse.
- Manage employee onboarding, salary revisions, promotions, transfers, and Full & Final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, and Labour Laws.
- Coordinate statutory registrations, renewals, and documentation as required.
- Generate and reconcile PF, ESIC, and other statutory challans and returns.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports, headcount reports, salary reports, and compliance dashboards.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Finance and external payroll vendors for salary disbursement.
- Maintain payroll policies, SOPs, and audit documentation.
- Support internal and statutory audits related to payroll and compliance.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and implement required compliance updates.

- Solid knowledge of Payroll Processing and HR Operations.
