We are looking forward to having on board “Regional Manager (East)” to join our Sales team based in Kolkata India.

Relationship building and collaboration capabilities are important for the role. Furthermore, market and customer focus are central, and you are expected to understand the customers, competition, technology, and changes in the marketplace and convert this knowledge into winnable propositions. How you make an impact
- Promote our technology and demonstrate our value proposition of delivering reliable, sustainable, and affordable energy solutions.
- Develop and complete go-to-market strategy plans for your region & customers in collaboration with the execution units for profitable growth, market share and strategic customer engagements.
- Accomplish business targets – profitable orders growth, market share, customer satisfaction.
- Promote an agile work culture while also fostering a Digital Mindset, develop and implement a Digital sale strategy.
- Provide functional leadership, guidance, and active support to the Sales teams for their growth and development.
- Ensure Collection of due and overdue payments together with the Finance Head
- Actively contribute to the continuous development of the processes, tools, and products.
