Reports to: Group Managing Director (functional line to Group Financial Manager and Business Controller)
Direct Reports: Local accountant(s) 1 to 3 people

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the finance function for two Group entities. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on strengthening financial controls, improving processes, driving business performance and ensuring statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.



The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Managing Director and play a key role in supporting the Group's continued growth.
First 180 Days Priority Missions
The first six months of this role will focus on taking full ownership of the finance function for a newly restructured Group entity while ensuring uninterrupted financial management across both businesses. These deliverables will be the primary measure of success during the initial transition period
Finance Stabilisation & Transition
Lead the transition of the finance function, assess the opening financial position and identify key financial, operational and compliance risks.
Resolve legacy accounting, tax, audit and contractual matters, working closely with external advisors.
¢ Deliver a diagnostic and remediation plan with explicit priorities to strengthen financial governance and controls.
