Role Description

The Escalation Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with the flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on managing and resolving escalated customer issues by analyzing case details, clarifying concerns,



and coordinating with internal teams to drive timely and fair outcomes. Day-to-day activities include reviewing complaint histories, identifying root causes, preparing transparent case summaries, and recommending resolution paths aligned with company policies and customer needs. The specialist will communicate with customers and stakeholders through multiple channels, maintain accurate documentation in internal systems, and provide feedback to improve processes and prevent repeat escalations. This role collaborates closely with operations, product, and customer support teams to strengthen Escalatr’s commitment to transparent, stress-free resolution experiences.
