Experience :
3 – 4 years’ experience of any Manufacturing /

Construction Company/ EPC Companies experience

Key Responsibilities
- CTC Project wise
- Budgeting and Tracking:
Develop project cost budgets, establish cost tracking systems, and monitor actual vs. budgeted expenses.
- Variance Analysis:
Analyze discrepancies between estimated costs (from proposals) and actual costs (labor, material, overhead).




- Project Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, or milestone-based reports outlining project cash flow, cost performance, and profitability and other MIS.
- Contract/PO Reconciliation:
Review contracts, invoices, and purchase orders (POs) for accuracy.
- Work in Process (WIP) Management:
Maintain the WIP ledger and review weekly job profitability.
- Internal Audit Support:
Assist in audits related to project expenses and revenue recognition.
