What you'll own
• Prepare accurate, line-item quotations for agent enquiries — hotels, transfers, attractions, full packages
• Respond to B2B queries by email/WhatsApp within committed timelines
• Follow up systematically on every open quote and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with the founder on rates, availability and special requests
• Maintain the enquiry tracker and conversion records
Must-haves
• 1–3 years in a DMC, tour operator or travel agency (quotations, sales or operations)
• Robust written English + Hindi; clean, professional email writing
• MS Outlook/Excel/Word comfort; organized, deadline-driven, allergic to unanswered emails
Nice-to-have:
destination knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali or Dubai
