Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Kanpur. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective residential, commercial, and industrial customers for solar solutions, conduct site visits, and present tailored proposals that highlight financial, technical,



and environmental benefits. The role includes managing the sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up through negotiation, closing, and post-sale coordination with project and installation teams. The Sales Specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare regular sales reports, and collaborate with management on pricing, product offerings, and market strategies. The position also involves providing customer education on solar systems, participating in local marketing or outreach activities, and supporting training initiatives for internal and partner teams as needed.
