Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security leader to head our Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking Department. The HOD will be responsible for academic excellence, curriculum development, faculty management, student outcomes, industry collaboration, and placement readiness while ensuring the department remains aligned with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Cyber Security Department.
- Develop and regularly update industry-relevant curriculum.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate trainers and faculty.
- Ensure high-quality classroom and practical lab delivery.
- Plan and manage cyber security labs and infrastructure.
- Conduct technical assessments, hackathons, and CTF events.
- Guide students in projects, certifications, internships, and placements.




- Build partnerships with companies for workshops, internships, and hiring.
- Monitor department KPIs including attendance, student performance, certifications, and placement success.
- Drive innovation by integrating AI, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and emerging security technologies into the curriculum.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or Cyber Security.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, Security+, eJPT, PNPT, CySA+, or equivalent are preferred.

Experience
- 6–10+ years of hands-on Cyber Security experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a leader
