Role Description

The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and product visuals, ensuring high-impact creative that aligns with strategic growth goals. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualising and executing visual concepts, collaborating closely with the strategy, content, and performance marketing teams, and developing design systems that keep brands consistent across platforms.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with demonstrated experience delivering creative solutions for brands.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual systems that scale across touchpoints.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles, with the ability to create clear, readable, and distinctive designs.




- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar) and familiarity with digital and social media formats.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or growth-focused environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand work, campaign creatives, and innovative visual storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, give and receive constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
